1. Understand the Buyer's Needs
Gather information on the buyer's product type, target audience, brand values, and any specific design requirements they may have.
2. Choose the Pouch Type
Select the appropriate pouch types based on the product's needs, such as stand-up pouches, flat-bottom pouches, or sachet packaging.
3. Select Material and Features
Determine the suitable materials and additional features (e.g., resealable zippers, tear notches, or hang holes)
4. Upload assets
Kindly provide any assets you'd like to feature, including logos, UPCs, text, and images.
5. Create Design Concepts
Our experienced designers will create several design concepts based on your inputs.
6. Design Revisions and Approval
Our designers will make necessary revisions based on your input until you're completely satisfied with the final design
7. Create a Proof
Provide the buyer with a digital or physical proof to verify color, layout, and overall appearance before proceeding with production.
8. Final Approval
Obtain the buyer's final approval of the proof before initiating the production of the custom printed packaging pouches.
For the best possible imprint quality on your stand up pouches, flat pouches, and rollstock film, it's important to follow all the recommendations provided in our artwork guide.
Using Adobe Illustrator (preferred) or Photoshop and saving files in AI or EPS formats.
All text and fonts are converted to outlines.
Make sure all Photoshop image files are linked and attached, and refrain from flattening the layers or changing the directory.
Ensure that the resolution is at least 300 dpi and that images are saved at high resolution in CMYK color mode, not RGB mode.
All fonts in your artwork as outlines, curves, or paths using Illustrator, and ensure that they are converted to vector files.
Double-check the spelling, content, and layout for all screen and printer fonts.
All barcodes should be scaled larger( at least 100%),
The background and bar colors must have sufficient contras.
